Terms of use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms apply when you access this website or use NexusCore, operated by NEXUSFLOW TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD (“Nexusflow”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms and any service order or subscription terms presented to your organisation.
Company and contact
NEXUSFLOW TECHNOLOGIES (PTY) LTD is incorporated in South Africa on 04 December 2025, registration number 2025/940230/07. Legal and support requests may be sent to [email protected].
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. If you use NexusCore for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their members.
Using NexusCore
You may use the service for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your subscription and these terms. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, upload malicious material, or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
You and your organisation retain your rights in the information and files you submit. You authorise us to host, copy, transmit and process that material only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service, meet legal obligations, and carry out your documented instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and for the accuracy of your instructions.
Connected websites and automation
If you connect a website or install the NexusCore WordPress Agent, you authorise the actions you configure or approve through the service. You are responsible for having authority over that website, keeping suitable independent backups, reviewing changes and reports, and ensuring that maintenance actions are appropriate for your environment. Website hosting, plugins, themes and other third-party systems may be outside our control.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Applicable prices, taxes, trial terms, included usage, payment method, renewal and cancellation conditions are those shown in the relevant order or subscription terms when your organisation signs up or changes its plan. You agree to pay charges properly incurred under those terms. If you have a billing question, contact [email protected].
Availability and changes
We work to operate and maintain NexusCore, but the service may be unavailable or limited during maintenance, incidents, or interruptions affecting our infrastructure or connected providers. Unless a separate written service level agreement applies, we do not promise a particular uptime level. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially affects a paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to notify the affected customer.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to a legal requirement, address a security risk, or deal with a material breach or overdue payment under the applicable subscription terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. On termination, access and handling of customer data are subject to the subscription terms and our Privacy notice.
Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in NexusCore, the website, and related materials. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration and purposes of your subscription. If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve our services without restriction, provided we do not disclose your confidential information.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any further allocation of risk or liability must be set out in the applicable written subscription or service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a user or transaction.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to applicable law and the terms presented to your organisation. For questions, contact [email protected].
